untitled.garden is a studio run by Adrian Galilea (adriangalilea.com), an independent developer based in Spain. The website and the apps it makes are provided free, as-is. Using them means you accept these terms.

Everything here is provided without warranty of any kind. The software may have bugs, may change, and may stop being offered. You use it at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own data (keep your own backups of anything you care about).

The apps bundle no third-party software. Some features work with tools you choose to install yourself from their official sources (for example yt-dlp and ffmpeg). Those tools are not ours, and what you do with them is yours: you are responsible for using them lawfully and for respecting the terms and rights of any service or content you reach with them. We circumvent nothing and induce nothing on your behalf.

Your library, your files, and the content you import are yours. We claim no rights over them and never receive them: they live on your machine. For things you post on this site (proposals, comments), you let us display them here so the request board works; you can edit or delete your own at any time.

Don't abuse the site or its infrastructure: no attacks, scraping at scale, attempts to break authentication, or use that breaks the law. Accounts that do may be removed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for any damages arising from use of the website or the apps. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under the law where you live.

These terms may change; the date above tracks the latest version. They're governed by the law of Spain, where the studio is based.
